Spring steel wire

The increasing demanding requirements for years on the technically sophisticated spring steel wire product require a high level of quality.

Selected raw material, controlled process monitoring and defined tests in all production stages combined with the know-how of our highly motivated team are the basis for the quality of our spring steel wires. The wide range of applications is covered by a corresponding product range.

Technical spring steel wire

Patented drawn, unalloyed spring steel wire can be made from air-patented (Stelmor) or continuously patented (with isothermal transformation in the pearlite stage) raw material as required and used.

Bright, galvanized and ZnAl-coated wires can be produced.
Bright versions can be produced in the dimension range from 0.50 mm up to 22.00 mm, coated wires in Zn or ZnAl finish from 0.50 mm up to 6.00 mm.

Hardened & tempered spring steel wire

Hardened &Tempered spring steel wire made of unalloyed and alloyed steels with drawn surface in accordance with all applicable standards and specifications.

For special requirements we also supply hardened & tempered wires Eddy-Current checked (during the drawing process). The dimension range covers 0.70 mm to 18.50 mm.
